Two-year-old girl falls inside well, dies hours after forceful seizure by dad from mum

A two-year-old girl has died after falling into a well in Gowon Estate, Egbeda area of Lagos State.
According to sources, the girl, simply identified as Rachael, was discovered to have fallen into the well after her father, also simply identified as Gbenga, forcefully brought her to Lagos from Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, where she was in the custody of her mum.
Gbenga, a lecturer with the Lagos State University, Ojoo, was said to have forcefully taken Rachael from her mum, Busayo, over her refusal to relocate to Lagos to join the rest of the family.
Gbenga was said to have left Rachel to buy bread when the little girl disappeared.
After a long search, she was discovered in the well.
