The case dates back to a lawsuit filed in 2013 by the president of the second division football team Bani Ebeid, Hermas Radwan, challenging the integrity of the voting process in the association's 2012 elections.
The current Executive Director of the Board Tharwat Sweilam is expected to direct the association till September.
Gamal Allam, prisedent of EFA said on TV today: "In this time we think only of the match against Nigeria and we do not want anything that could distract the team."
He explained that he would discuss the matter with legal affairs at the Football Association tomorrow or next Tuesday to learn about the verdict and the possibility to respond to it by legal means.
Allam stressed that in any case, he has not thought about resorting to FIFA so as not to introduce Egyptian football to the risk of suspension.
